About the App

FamilyPathway is a private family desk by Carli (@Carlihasfaith). It keeps care notes on this device. You may also save a copy to a flash drive or email the files to yourself. Equal dignity. No public profiles. No selling family data — there is no family data on a server to sell.

What never leaves this device

Notes, routines, and health text you type
Contacts and phone numbers
Document titles and “where it lives”
Pictures you add of the individual
Due dates you enter
Care Calendar events and recert dates
Medicine log and memory day notes
Your vault code (stored as a hash on this device only)
Backup files you save to a flash drive or email to yourself — we do not keep a server copy

The vault code is stored as a hash. We cannot recover it. Closing the vault hides the desk on this screen; it is not a bank. Do not type Social Security numbers, bank numbers, or government ID numbers here.

What this is not

FamilyPathway is not medical advice and does not diagnose.
It cannot sign in to MyChart or change passwords on other medical-record apps. Each site keeps its own login.
It is not legal advice, not guardianship advice, and not court advice.
It is not a crisis hotline. For an emergency, call your local emergency number.
It is not a nursing-home marketplace and does not place anyone in a facility.

Creator fee

A $19 creator fee applies. Pay with X Money to @Carlihasfaith if you have an X account, or with Cash App to $AnnaMarieandMe. FamilyPathway does not take cards, bank numbers, or government IDs. It cannot see whether the payment arrived. Your word unlocks this device. The fee is still due. Extra gifts after that are never required. Care notes are never sold.

Individual section

The individual pathway is for guardians of a person with disabilities. It is not an account for that person, not a social feed, and not a chat. No ads. No tracking. Age is an optional band, not a birthday.

Elders

The elders pathway is for an aging parent or elder you care for, including dementia. Medicine log is what you observed or gave — not a pharmacy and not a prescription. Memory day notes are plain words, not a diagnosis. This is not a nursing-home marketplace.

Care Calendar

One calendar for the whole vault: appointments, medicine times, independent provider recert, shared living recert, waiver and IEP dates. Reminders stay on this device. FamilyPathway does not file recerts for you.

Names

After you own this copy, you may name it after the adult individual — for example, Jordan’s Pathway. That name is private. FamilyPathway is not a searchable directory of people.

Save your details yourself

When you buy FamilyPathway, your notes stay on this device. You can also keep a copy on a flash drive, and email the files to your own email. We do not host your details. The vault code is never in the file.

Flash drive: download the restore file and the readable copy, then copy them onto the drive.
Email: we save the files, then open your email so you can attach them and send them to yourself.
This is optional. You own the copy either way.
