    The owner can lock the app. Wrong code stays closed. There is no cloud recovery of the vault code. You can still save your details to a flash drive or email the files to yourself. Changing this code does not change MyChart, email, or other medical-record passwords — those sites keep their own logins.

Save your details yourself

When you buy FamilyPathway, your notes stay on this device. You can also keep a copy on a flash drive, and email the files to your own email. We do not host your details. The vault code is never in the file.

  • Flash drive: download the restore file and the readable copy, then copy them onto the drive.
  • Email: we save the files, then open your email so you can attach them and send them to yourself.
  • This is optional. You own the copy either way.

After you pay and unlock, these buttons save your details. Keep the FamilyPathway link too, so you can open the app and restore the file.
